Our Change Foundation
Our Change Foundation (OCF) is a 501(c)(3) donor-advised fund. It is the legal recipient of gifts collected by RoundUp.org and Give Freely: RoundUp’s terms hold them subject to “OCF’s exclusive control and discretion”, and the tax receipt carries OCF’s EIN. Change’s nonprofit FAQ describes two outcomes for a charity without a Change account. Some receive a mailed check; to see where it came from the FAQ says to “create a Change account”, and to reach a donor to contact support@getchange.io. Others receive a letter saying funds are waiting, and the FAQ answers: “You will need to claim your nonprofit profile on Change in order to receive the funds.” A charity that has claimed can connect a bank account or ask support@getchange.io about “alternative payout options” such as continued paper checks. Change (GetChange Corporation) is the for-profit company that runs the fund and sells the donation software; OCF’s 990s call it a “sister company”. OCF publishes no donation pages itself.

If a nonprofit never claims the money
RoundUp’s terms put gifts under Our Change Foundation’s exclusive control and discretion. For a nonprofit that never registers, they say only that the fund will send it a letter.
To be paid
Change’s FAQ says some unclaimed nonprofits are paid by mailed check, while one sent a letter about waiting funds must claim its profile to be paid. Claiming shows the donations behind a payout and lets a nonprofit choose how it is paid. Claim with Our Change Foundation. To stop gifts instead, ask each platform above to remove you; their pages carry the request.
